Trey McAlister graduated from Dartmouth with a BS in International Relations and has spent the last 17 years building businesses in the IT, Marketing and Travel industry.  Trey is a referral marketing trainer and coach with ETM International, Inc., which focuses on effectively helping businesses create consistent referrals by developing stronger relationships with their clients, vendors and employees.  He has provided training for Bay Area Chambers, North Bay Rotary Clubs, BNI-SFBay (Business Networking International) and is a professional trainer for the internationally renowned Certified Networker Program and Referral Pipeline Program.  Trey is also a contributing author in the New York Times best seller Masters of Sales and the recently released Chicken Soup for the Network Marketer’s Soul.

When he’s not helping companies make more money in less time, he lives in Santa Rosa, CA and enjoys spending time working with his church youth, playing golf, appreciating musical theater with his wife and spending as much time as possible with his two sons.  His keys to his success are 1) Proactive listening and 2) Surrounding himself with people who can help fulfill his mission which is to help as many people as possible “buy back” the extra time they need to do something truly significant.  He can be reached at tmac@trele.com.
